Sangkap Restaurant, previously named as Kusina de Ermita, comes from a generation of family who loves to cook. The passion and desire for good food runs around the family from one generation to another and so on. Coming from the family of “kusineras”, the shared passion for cooking and serving delightful food are being preserved until now. It started from packed lunches being distributed from different companies along Roxas Boulevard until Sangkap has established a place catering the various offices (i.e. shipping companies, recruitment agencies, law firms, banks) along the vicinity of Ermita.
Moreover, Sangkap Restaurant participates in large banquet such as executive meetings, office parties, year-end Christmas Party, and many more. The years of experience in catering and canteen concessions truly prove that the full satisfaction of customers in our product and quality service make them patronize our brand.
