Better then takeout orange chicken 🤗 this is so good with rice and some sliced cucumbers 🥒 the perfect dish if you want to impress your special someone ! ( or if you want to treat yourself 🙃 )

🍳 Isang bote ng sauce, kapalit ng buong cabinet ng pampalasa.
Hindi ito sobra-sobra, pero mula nang magkaroon nito sa kusina, mas naging madali talaga ang pagluluto.

🧂❌ Wala nang kailangang ihanda na mantika, asin, bawang o sili tuwing magluluto.
🥄 Isang kutsara lang ng sauce, maganda na agad ang kulay ng ulam, mabango at sakto ang lasa.

🔥 Mabilis man na stir-fry, pag-marinade bago lutuin, o pang-araw-araw na ulam,
lahat ay mas maayos, mas tipid sa oras, pero masarap pa rin.

🏠 Sa mga araw na sobrang busy, sapat nang makita ang bote ng sauce na ito sa kusina para gumaan ang pakiramdam.
Mas simple ang pagluluto, pero hindi bumababa ang kalidad ng pagkain.

👉 Kung gusto mong mas maging simple ang pagluluto araw-araw, subukan mo ito kahit isang beses.

Makakatipid ka ng daan-daang piso bawat buwan kapag nagluluto gamit ang Japanese spicy stir-fry sauce.
Hindi mo na kailangang bumili ng maraming pampalasa tulad ng mantika, asin, bawang at sili — isang kutsara lang ng sauce, maganda na agad ang kulay, mabango sa bawang at balanse ang lasa ng ulam.

Napaka-multi-purpose ng sauce na ito: puwedeng pang-stir-fry ng karne, isda, itlog at gulay, pang-marinade kapag mag-iihaw o magpiprito, at puwede ring gawing dipping sauce.
Ang 2026 version ay binawasan ang anghang kaya swak para sa matatanda at mga bata.

Raising cane’s chicken tenders at home 🥰

Marinade:
• 1.5 lb (700 g) chicken tenders
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tsp hot sauce (i use tabasco)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Dry coating:
• 2 cups (300 g) all-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup (90 g) cornstarch
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1.5 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Cane’s sauce:
• 1/2 cup (120 g) mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup (60 g / 4 tbsp) ketchup
• 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions:
1. Mix all marinade ingredients, add chicken, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
2. Combine dry coating ingredients. add a bit of marinade to create small flour clumps.
3. Coat chicken evenly, pressing gently so the flour sticks well.
4. Heat oil to 170–175°c and fry for 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy. drain on a wire rack.
5. Mix cane’s sauce ingredients and chill for 1 hour before serving.

Pan-Seared Salmon in Creamy Sauce 🐟✨
Season the salmon with salt and pepper and sear in olive oil until golden on all sides.
Remove the salmon. In the same pan add butter, garlic, paprika and lightly sauté.
Pour in the cream, add capers, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and parmesan.
Return the salmon, spoon the sauce over it and let it gently simmer under a lid for 5 minutes.

MONGOLIAN BEEF STIR FRY

If you’ve never tried this dish you honestly HAVE to - It’s savory, sweet, soo moreish and this has become one of our absolute favourite meals. It also comes together in under 30 minutes & is super high protein so it’s perfect for mid week. Recipe below:

Ingredients:
2x Flank steak
Handful of broccoli
4 spring onions (save one for garnish)
1 white onion
4 cloves garlic
Jasmine rice (I always use because it’s super convenient)

For the marinate:
2tbsp dark soy sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda (not essential but this makes the beef sooo tender)
2 tsp cornflour

For the sauce:
2tbsp dark soy sauce
2tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce
100ml water
1tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp sugar

Method:
Marinate the beef for around 20/30 minutes. Whilst it marinates, make the sauce and chop the veggies.
Fry the beef in batches until the edges are crispy and golden, set aside.
In the same pan (I had to clean mine, but avoid this is possible as there’s lots of flavour in the pan) add garlic, onion, spring onion and broccoli and stir fry until tender.
Add the beef back to the pan along with the sauce. Cook until reduced and thickened.
Serve over fluffy jasmine rice. Enjoy! ♥️
