Our newest R&D project pulls the actual flavor profile of a Pinoy classic into a milk beverage.
We’ve got citron jam for the brightness, soy sauce syrup, onion cheong, and a house-made Beef Fat Washed Syrup to capture that exact savory linamnam and mouthfeel. Swirled with a rich shot of espresso and milk, it's sweet, savory, and completely redefines what a coffee shop can do.
At first, we planned to make this for our Black Series, but after trying it as a latte, we realized it tastes way better with milk than black!
At little more tweaking on the recipe and we're ready to release this soon!
