Our theme would be on a big boat catching seafood and these assorted seafood will be rolled out on a table and our guests will be eating these catch with their bare hands. We also have in mind to include some Western side dishes: corn on the cob, baked potatoes and the like. We also plan that this concept be easily available for take away without the hassle of waiting for a long time as we are finding eco friendly containers for this.
