Hello Happy Eaters!!!!

It’s that time of the week again! We’re open to accept your orders for WEEK 4, and this week we are showcasing our family recipes.

1. Dinakdakan.

This is Radz’s dad’s original dish. It is made with grilled pork maskara and pig’s brain. We don’t use mayonnaise! Just pure savory and natural ingridients. Perfect to serve cold from the fridge or hot from the pan. Can be an ulam or pulutan for your Saturday Lunch or Dinner.

2. Margarine Fried Asado

This is my family’s recipe that made by yours truly with a twist. I use the liempo part of the pork to make this kampampangan style dish and fry them in margarine until toasted to perfection. I just love mixing the toasted bits and pieces of this dish to a steaming hot cup of rice.

3. White Pancit

Nothing fancy, but this simple white pancit I learned from my mom is a fav in our family. It’s minimalists look with chicken, carrots and cabbage is just perfect for kids and adults. I’m sure your family will love it too.

Hello happy eaters! Due to high public demand 😁, we are opening orders for Sunday.

But since we have a bulk order for tomorrow, we’ll only be able to prepare one dish for this coming Sunday (Oct. 16).

I’m cooking one of my specialties, LECHON PAKSIW (made with real Ulo & Pata ng Lechon).

It’s savory, sweet and tangy! Perfect for your Sunday lunch/dinner.
