DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CASHIER/COUNTER
1. Take orders and list by order 1st come 1st serve basis.
*walk-in and online
2. Foods and drinks
*1st preparation - provide packaging (writing on the top of food box or cup the particular item, then line up to queue)
*final prep of food - ensuring all orders are secure and on proper packaging.
3. Food delivery coordinator
4. Marketing
*posting on all social media apps to promote the products and promos.
*assign to do all marketing tools need for advertising/posting (like capturing all orders, delivery, live video promotion and etc.)
5. Answering all inquiries.
BARISTA
1. Preparation of mixing station
2.Preparation of all equipment and utensils needed
3.Preparation of ingredients like cheesecake, brewing tea and etc.
4.Assign to do all drink mix and related
5.Inventory and checking of drinks, equipment and utensils
6.Assign on cleaning and washing his/her area, all equipment and utensils used after operation.
COOK STAFF
1. Preparation of cooking area
2.Preparation of all equipment and utensils needed
3.Preparation of ingredients
4.Assign to do all meal food and related
5.Inventory and checking of meal on shortage, equipment and utensils
6.Assign on cleaning and washing his/her area, all equipment and utensils used after operation.
