Star Market is intent on opening 2-3 wet market branches per year. We are looking for a Core Business Manager who will be in charge of Leasing Operations for all branches.

Job Description
• Manage Operations for all branches including Tenant Acquisition and Rent Collection
• Oversee and manage Market Masters (Branch Managers)
• Report directly to Operations Manager
• Execute initiatives given by management

Requirements
• Must have substantial experience in operations (preferably in a palengke setting but any fast-paced industry would be sufficient)
• Must have a strong and persuasive personality
• Has a work ethic of an OFW
• Must know how to drive and should have a valid driver's license
• Must be amenable to being assigned to anywhere between QC and Las Piñas
