▪️What’s the product shelf life?
- 1 month frozen
▪️How do you deliver?
- We deliver via Lalamove, Grab or Angkas. (Note: Booking shall be arranged by the buyer)
▪️How much is the cost for delivery? Is it free?
- Shipping cost or any other charges shall be paid by the buyer. Charges varies depending on your location.
▪️Do you offer meet ups? Can we pick up our order? Do you have same day delivery?
- Strictly no meet ups. This is non negotiable. Buyers with reservation can pick up their orders. You can DM us to check the availability of the product for same day delivery.
▪️What time do you dispatch the product?
- Our standard dispatch time is from 3pm- 6pm.
▪️When do we have to pay?
- Payment shall be done within 2 days from the time you place your order. Failure to settle the payment will result to automatic cancellation of your order without further notice.
▪️Do you accept COD?
- Delivery shall be arranged by the buyer If you wish to have your order to be paid by COD. (Not applicable for resellers)
