Sharing this cooking tips for your steak! πŸ₯°

πŸ‘‰ Steaks

- thawed overnight in the fridge or thawed frost removed
- pat dry
- season with pepper
- heat pan
- mid high fire, sear steak 2-3 minutes per side
- add butter after flipping
- add garlic then roast, baste steak with melted butter
- after cooking, leave steak for 5 minutes before serving/cutting - this distributes and preserves the juices within the meat

πŸ‘‰ For Butter-aged Steak

- thawed overnight in the fridge or thawed in a room temperature for 2 hours
- pat dry
- remove butter casing (to avoid burnt butter); set aside for later’s basting
- follow procedure for steaks
- use removed butter casing for basting
- continue procedure for steaks

πŸ‘‰ Wagyu Cubes

- thaw for 1 hour max in the fridge or 1 hour in a room temperature
- heat pan
- mid high fire, sear each side of the cubes 2-4 minutes
- no need for oil or butter
- salt and pepper, optional
- best served with Yakiniku Ebara Sauce or any steak sauce

GRILL/ OVEN COOKING

- thaw to room temperature
- place RIBS in an oven dish/tray, including the sauce/marinade

COOKING TIME

πŸ”₯GRILL: 30 - 45 mins.
πŸ”₯OVEN: 30-45 @200 degrees temp setting
πŸ”₯Cook until it suits your preference.

- strongly suggested the RIBS are a bit charred that extra punch πŸ˜‰
