Our Humble Story:

It all started with our love to share the best home-cooked food with family and friends.

We believe that good Filipino food is a huge part of the family culture - it brings people closer through conversations at the table, sharing stories and laughing, all while enjoying the delicious dishes prepared by our parents, tito and tita’s, lolo and lola’s, or the entire family helping out to cook.

This is why we chose to build Sisig Tuazon.

While not all families can afford the time to cook a truly appetizing dish, let alone dishes nowadays, our humble wish is that you still get to enjoy the conversations, the laughter and the memories while we give you the best Sisig and Dinakdakan this side of town delivered straight to your home.

We treat all our clients as family. We cut no corners in preparing your food to ensure it’s freshness and quality. As an example, we cook our Sisig and Dinakdakan three times - boiling it with spices first to make it tender and add flavor, then grilling it using only 100% organic eco-bricks in the process, then finally sauteing it, adding in locally sourced ingredients before finally serving it to your liking.

To the gift of family, friends, laughter and memories brought by sharing Filipino home-cooked meals.
