Fusion dish from Ilocos Norte, Luzon, and Tausug from Mindanao.
Crispy pork belly with eggplant, string beans, and pechay in a rich curry sauce made from coconut milk, peanuts, tomato sauce, and spices. Served with a side of steamed rice.
