Alongside the fact that the members are made up of first degree cousins, it is only fitting that the stall concept revolve around the same foundation. The group thought of basing the menu on the concept of family and came up with the “burger family” theme. The menu is made up of the Daddy Burger, the Mommy Burger, the Brother Burger, the Sister Burger, and the Kiddie Burger which all consist of di
fferent ingredients that appeal to the Filipino sense of taste. Not only will these burgers be served with buns, but it can also be served with rice, depending on the customer’s preference. The name of the stall was also based on the concept of family. A popular television sitcom from the 60’s, The Brady Bunch, inspired the group in the naming as well as the layout of the stall. The stall is named “The Burger Bunch” and the overall aesthetic and theme of it is inspired by that of the mentioned series. Just like in the show, the group’s extended family also consists of numerous members. Summing to almost 60 first degree cousins, rooting from 11 uniqe siblings. Growing up in this kind of environment, one gets to encounter different types of personalities and still find a common ground among each other, specifically the love for food. In having a stall at JSEC, not only will the group be able to share the food that has been a family gem for a long time, but will also be able to share the root source behind the immense passion for food.
