4. Clean all kitchen equipment and store areas daily and everytime these are used.
5. Accomplish inventory, production and sales and expense reports daily.

1. In-charge of food preparation (patties and sauce preparation) for the store and ensures available supply at all times.
2. Cooks and Plates secret burger products according to specified recipe, cooking and plating procedures.
3. Faces the customer to sell and serve Secret Burger core products and services (burgers, milkshakes and dessert) and handles POS for in-store orders and other tablets for third party delivery partners (Grabfood, Foodpanda, Lalafood)
4. Ensures cleanliness of the store and kitchen equipment at all times which includes the dining area, dishwashing area, restroom area and Kitchen area by cleaning as often as possible and after every use.
5. Properly follows and carries out all store operations procedures on a daily basis by following the prescribed process flows and checklists.
6. Accomplishes the daily inventory reports for the kitchen sales and expense reports for the store.
7. Immediately reports any store concerns and kitchen equipment concerns not limited to stock and inventory items.
8. Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
