Thankfully, the warm weather helped this batch culture beautifully, so it was ready just in time for this afternoon's orders. 🥣✨

This creamy matcha ice cream is earthy, refreshing, and naturally sweetened. Coconut milk creates a smooth texture while Greek yogurt adds protein. It's a unique frozen dessert that's both light and satisfying. Perfect for matcha lovers looking for a healthier treat.

Ingredients:
2 cups Greek yogurt
1/2 cup light coconut milk
2 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla

Procedure:
1. Whisk the matcha with 2 tablespoons of the coconut milk until no lumps remain.
2. Blend with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour into a freezer-safe container.
4. Freeze for 4–5 hours, stirring every hour.
5. Let soften for 5 minutes before scooping.

Today it was packing fresh yogurt while watching Portugal with my kids... and then Ronaldo scored! ⚽😂
The yogurt still got packed, but for a few seconds, the whole house forgot about work and celebrated together. ❤️
