Meet Rafols

Rafols has been part of the team for almost 3 years. She started as a kitchen assistant and, through hard work and dedication, has grown into a junior sous chef. From day one, her sensitivity, care, and talent, along with her attention to detail,have made a real difference.

Trained entirely in Trogon’s kitchen, over time she has become a fundamental part of the team.

Today, she is also one of the team members responsible for training new kitchen staff, passing on not only technique but also the values that define us.
