For something rooted in Italian tradition, our Filetti Di Alici features salted anchovy fillets, marinated cherry tomatoes, shallots, and extra virgin olive oil, celebrating the simple flavors of Italy’s coast.

There’s nothing quite like the melt-in-your-mouth perfection of our Filetto di Cernia.
