Good morning from Manamita Microbakery.

Today we’re preparing one of our most loved products, our best-selling Queso de Bola Ensaymada. Each one is baked fresh, generously layered with creamy butter, and finished with a generous topping of aged queso de bola. It’s a labour of love that brings together tradition, flavour, and nostalgia in every bite.
