🟤 GULAB JAMUN — The Golden One. Made from khoya (slow-reduced milk solids), hand-rolled into balls, fried in
pure ghee until deep golden-brown, then dropped into warm sugar syrup infused with rose water and green cardamom.
Served warm. Dense. Rich. The classic Diwali sweet.

⚪ RASGULLA — The White One. Made from chenna (fresh curdled milk), hand-rolled into balls, boiled in clear
sugar syrup (not fried). The result is a white, cloud-like sponge that soaks up syrup and springs back when you
squeeze it. Lighter. Spongier. The Bengali cousin.

Diwali without gulab jamun isn't Diwali. Bebe's is back.

This is the dessert Bebe made every October in Punjab. Khoya dough, hand-rolled into small balls, fried slow in pure ghee until golden-brown, then dropped into warm sugar syrup infused with rose water and green cardamom. The dumplings soak overnight. By morning, they're soft, warm, and soaked through.

We're launching gulab jamun at Bebe's Spice Box for the month of October — Diwali month. Available daily while supplies last.

Fourteen Spices!!
This is how biryani masala is made at Bebe's Spice Box.

Fourteen whole spices — green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, cumin, coriander, peppercorns, star anise, dried red chili, and mace. Roasted slow in a dry pan until the kitchen smells like Bebe's kitchen in Punjab. Ground fine in a stone mortar. Sieved. Sealed fresh.

Get the ratio wrong and it's not biryani. It's just rice with spice. Bebe never got the ratio wrong. Papa doesn't either.

Every biryani tray we sell — from the ₱699 S Tray to the XL Tray — uses the same masala. Same ratio. Same Bebe recipe. Every time.
