KUTSINTA RECIPE
1 cup cassava flour
1 cup all purpose flour
2 and 3/4 cups water
Pinch of salt (kurot Ng pinong asin)
1 tbsp lye water (you can also reduce to 1 tsp)
1 and 1/2 cup washed sugar
2 tbsp. ANNATO seed/Asuete Powder (soak in 2 tbsp of hot water )
PROCEDURES:
1. pAghaluhaluin lahat Ng sangkap pagkatapos ay

2. Then, salain po NATIN Ang mixture once na combined na lahat Ng sangkap. Pwede na po Ang Isang pagsala lang.

3.sa molders magpahid lang Ng konting konti na oil para lang di madikit Ang KUTSINTA pag inalis na. Lutuin Ng 15 -20 minutes (each salang) Ng mga KUTSINTA sa meduim size na molders.

4. Note na lagyan po Ng tela Ang takip Ng steamer para Hindi mag absorb Ng water Ang KUTSINTA.

5. Palamigin Muna at least 1-2 minutes bago alisin sa molders.

"BUTTER CAKE 😋
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup milk
5 eggs
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon whiskey
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Cream together the butter and sugar until well combined. Then add the egg yolks, whiskey, and vanilla, mixing until thoroughly blended.
Gradually incorporate sifted all-purpose flour along with baking powder and salt, alternating with the milk.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, and gently fold them into the batter.
Grease and flour a cake pan, pour in the batter, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 1 hour.
Unmold the cake while still warm."
