Masala Roti🌮
✅1 1/2 cups wheat flour
✅1/2 cups gram flour
✅1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
✅1 tbsp oil
✅salt to taste
✅1/2 turmeric powder
✅2-3 pinches asafoetida
✅1/2 tsp cu**in seeds
✅finely chopped coriander
✅1 tbsp water
1️⃣Knead a slightly stiff dough, adding all above ingredients, cover with wet cloth. Break off bits and make small potato sized balls. Roll to 3-4 mm thickness. Roast on griddle (tawa) as for phulka.

2️⃣Or after brown spots appear place direct on gas flame and puff, with help of tongs. Phulka also may be done similarly if puffing with cloth, feels difficult. Apply ghee or butter and serve hot with curds,jam or sauce.

Navaratna Kurma(Korma)🍜
Navaratna Kurma is an exotic curry (side-dish) that you can find in almost all North Indian restaurant menus. Combining fruits, nuts, and cream, it makes for a perfect accompaniment for Naan and Roti.

✅1 small sweet lime
✅1 small apple
✅1 banana
✅2 slices pineapple
✅10-15 cashew nuts
✅20 raisins
✅2 glace cherries for decoration
✅1 tablespoon coriander chopped
✅1 tablespoon ghee
✅2 cups peas boiled
✅1 large carrot chopped and boiled
✅1/2 cup tomato sauce
✅1/4 cup curd
✅1/4 cup malai(cream)
✅3 tablespoons butter
✅salt to taste

For the dry masala:
✅1 teaspoon cumin seeds
✅1 teaspoon cumin seeds
✅2 teaspoons khuskhus (poppy seeds)
✅1 teaspoon cardamom

For the wet masala:

✅1 large onion
✅1/4 cup coconut shredded
✅3 green chillies

Method / How to make:

1️⃣Grind the dry and wet masalas separately.
2️⃣Chop all the fruit fine.
3️⃣Heat ghee and fry cashews, drain, and keep aside.
4️⃣Add butter to ghee and heat, add the wet masala and fry for 2 minutes.
5️⃣Add the dry masala and salt and fry for 2 more minutes.
6️⃣Add the carrots and peas, mix together curd and cream and add to the gravy.
7️⃣Allow to thicken a bit, add fruit, cashews, and raisins and boil till the gravy is thick and the fat separates.
8️⃣Garnish with grated cheese, coriander, and chopped cherries. Serve hot with naan, roti, or paratha.

chili powder - according to your taste vegetable in Indian cuisine where a lot of dishes are made. This curry (side-dish) uses coconut and brinjal as the main ingredients.
Ingredients:

✅1/2 kg brinjal (small size)
✅3-4 onions (cut in big pieces)
✅2 tablespoons of grated coconut (dried)
✅1 whole garlic
✅Ginger 2 tablespoons
✅chilli powder - according to your taste
✅1 teaspoon turmeric powder
✅salt to taste
✅a small lump of tamarind
✅1 tbsp garam masala powder
✅1 tsp jeera
✅Method / How to make:

1️⃣Take all the ingredients grind it at once in mixer, do not add water.
2️⃣Add 2 tablespoons of oil in pan and heat it, put the mixture in the pan.
3️⃣Fry the mixture properly.
4️⃣Take of the pan from stove and let it cool.
5️⃣Take the brinjal slit it in 4, fill the mixture in the brinjal.
6️⃣Pour 2 - 3 tablespoons of oil in a kadai, heat it and then put the stuffed brinjal, cook it.
7️⃣Add little water to the brinjal. Put small piece of jaggery to taste if required. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
8️⃣Coconut brinjal masala is ready. Serve it with any Indian bread or Indian rice.

Cabbage 🍜Kofta Curry

Koftas is a Persian dish made of meat (meatballs). In India, they are usually made of dhal. This one is a vegetarian variation of Kofta with cabbages.

What you'll need:

For the Koftas🍜

✅1/2 medium-size Cabbage Shredded
✅2 tablespoon Besan or all Purpose flour
✅Oil for frying
✅For Gravy
✅1 medium sized onion
✅a Piece of ginger
✅1 Cardamon
✅1 cinanamon stick small
✅1 clove
✅1 spoon jeera
✅1 spoon dania
✅2 medium sizes Tomatoes

How to make:

1️⃣Take the shredded Cabbage in a bowl, add flour & make small round balls with the same.
2️⃣Deep fry the balls in the hot oil & keep aside.
3️⃣In a seperate pan heat 1 tsp of oil & add bay leaves & the paste, salt according to 4️⃣taste & little bit of sugar.
5️⃣Let the paste cook till the oil seperates.
6️⃣Add little water if the paste is too thick.
7️⃣Switch off the flame add the koftas & Cover till Serving.
8️⃣Before serving garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Aloo Palak 🥗

Aloo Palak is a easy to make north Indian curry. It goes well with both rice and rotis.

Ingredients:

✅3 cups chopped spinach
✅2 large onoins chopped fine
✅2 large potatoes boiled and peeled
✅1 tomato grated
✅2 green chillies
✅1" piece ginger
✅1 tsp. lemon juice
✅1/2 tsp. wheat or other flour
✅1 tsp. red chilli powder
✅1 tsp. cinnamon-clove powder
✅1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
✅1/2 tsp cumin seeds
✅2 pinches asafoetida
✅1/2 tsp. garam masala
✅1/2 tbsp. butter
✅4 tbsp. ghee
✅salt to taste
✅How to make / Method:

1️⃣Put the washed spinach in a pan, add very little water (just a sprinkle) and a pinch of salt.
2️⃣Cover and boil over a high flame for 2 minutes.
3️⃣Cool quickly, or hold under running water in a colander. Put in a mixer, add green chilli and run for a minute.
4️⃣Keep slightly coarse, do not make very smooth. Keep aside.
5️⃣Cut the potatoes into big pieces.
6️⃣Heat ghee and fry potatoes till light brown. Drain the potatoes, keep aside.
7️⃣In the same hot ghee add the cumin seeds.
8️⃣Add the ginger, onions and fry till very tender.
9️⃣Add the tomato and further fry for two minutes.
🔟Add all the dry masalas and fry till ghee separates.
1️⃣1️⃣Add spinach and potatoes.
1️⃣2️⃣When it resumes a boil sprinkle the flour and stir well.
1️⃣3️⃣Boil for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice.
1️⃣4️⃣Just before serving heat butter in a tiny saucepan and add the asafoetida.
1️⃣5️⃣Pour over the vegetable and mix gently. Serve hot with naan or parathas or even rice.

Sugar 150 gms
Maida 100 gms
Pure Ghee 100 gms
Oil for frying
Water - 150 gms or in equal amount to sugar.
Coconut grated 1 Tblsp.
Baking soda - a pinch

Make sugar syrup by mixing 150g sugar with equal amount of water and cooking for about 5 minutes. To 100g of ghee add a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking soda and mix until bubbles appear. Add 100g of maida to this and mix by sprinkling water in steps so that it becomes soft.

Make this into uniform balls and flatten it lightly on both sides. Deep fry this in oil and when it it cooked, put it immediately into the sugar syrup for about 5 minutes and the remove it on to a plate. Repeat the procedure with all the balls. You can decorate it on top with grated coconut.

Chicken Biryani With Easy Cooking Steps 🍝

Rice is a very popular grain food and its numerous kinds are grown in different parts of the world according to climatic conditions. In fact the natural factors of a region determine what could be grown there. Pakistan fortunately has such a fertile soil and other conditions that allow farmers to grow the best rice of world in its pluvial areas. Pakistani Rice has characteristics that are peculiar so always in demand in every corner of earth. Many types of dishes are prepared with it and few of them are quite popular among masses of various regions. In Subcontinent Biryani and Pulao are very famous for decades due to its taste and use of chicken in them as an intrinsic ingredient. I would like to share a recipe that could let you enjoy taste of Chicken Biryani with a great ease.

Ingredients

Basmati Rice 1kg
Chicken 1kg
Oil 2Cups
Onions (Sliced) 4
Ginger & Garlic Pas 4 Table Spoons
Red Tomatoes (Chopped) 2
Black pepper Powder 1 Table Spoon
Salt 1 Table Spoon
Cinnamon Sticks 4
Cardamom (Green) 4
Cloves 6
Yogurt (Beaten) 0.7 kg
Coriander & Mint 2 Hand full
Fresh Green Chili 4
Steps of Cooking

Soak Basmati Rice in water before starting the cooking
Put 2 cups of Oil in kettle heat it and add spices into it and sliced onions too keep frying till onions get slightly brown.
Now you can add ginger & garlic paste in it and keep stirring slightly for a minute or two.
Add pieces of chicken in it and cook them well along with other ingredients.
Then put well beaten yogurt and red chopped tomatoes in the same kettle and keep on cooking till tomatoes get softer.
Now add black pepper and salt in it along with a cup of water and make the underneath flame low for five minutes.
Now put coriander, mint and fresh green chilies in it and after few minutes take the kettle off from hearth.
Take another pot fill it with four liter water and add salt to taste along with 1 stick of cinnamon, two green cardamom and cloves. Let the water boil.
Add soaked rice in boiling water and keep them boiling till ¾ done. During that time strain excessive oil from chicken gravy.
Strain rice through strainer.
Now make layers of chicken gravy and boiled rice in a bigger pot and put it on hearth with very dim flame for 10 to 15 minutes. The pot must have a tight lid so that Biryani gets fine ending touch.
Now it is ready for serving.

3 Simple Steps To Loss Weight Fast

If you do not have huge will power, then the hunger will cause you to give up completely on these plans altogether.

The 3 step plan that I am going to outline for you will…
• Reduce your appetite rather significantly
• Allow you to lose weight fast without leaving you hungry
• Improve your metabolic health at the same time

All of these methods are supported by scientific studies

Step 1 will be to cut back on sugars and starches
The most important part is to cut back on sugars and starches.These is found in the foods that stimulate secretion of insulin the very most. If you did not know already, insulin is the main fat storage hormone in the body.

When insulin is lowered, fat has a much easier time getting out of the fat stores, and then the body starts to burn fats instead of carbohydrates. Another great benefit of lowering insulin is that your kidneys will shed excess sodium and excess water out of your body, which will reduce bloating and unnecessary water weight.

It is not uncommon to lose up to 10 pounds, some times more, in the first week of eating in this way; both body fat and water weight. Cutting down your intake of carbohydrate, lower your insulin, and you will start to eat less calories automatically and without feeling hungry.

Bottom line: By removing sugars and starches from your diet will lower your insulin levels, kill your appetite and make you lose weight without hunger.

Step 2 is to eat protein, fats and vegetables
Every one of your meals should contain a source of protein, low carb source, and a source of healthy fat. If you construct your meals in this way, this will automatically bring your intake of carbs in to the recommended range of 20-50 grams per day.

Here are some sources of protein:
Meat – Beef, chicken, pork lamb, bacon
Fish and sea food – Salmon, trout, shrimps, lobsters
Eggs – Omega 3 or pastured eggs are best

It is very important to eat enough protein to lose weight. Eating sufficient quantities of protein has shown to boost the metabolism by 80 – 100 calories per day.

A diet which is high in protein can also reduce obsessive thoughts about food by as much as 60%, and also reduce desire for late night snacking by about half, and make you feel full so that you automatically eat around 441 calories less per day, this is simply by adding protein to your diet.

When it comes to losing weight, protein is the king of nutrients.
Here are some examples of low carb vegetables…
• Broccoli
• Spinach
• Cauliflower
• Kale
• Cabbage
• Brussel spouts
• Swiss chard
• Lettuce
• Cucumber
• Celery

Make sure you load your plate with these low carb vegetables. You can eat massive amount so these without going over 20 -50 of net carbs per day. A diet which consists of meat and vegetables, this contains all fibre, vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy.

A few examples of sources of fat include…
• Olive oil
• Coconut oil
• Avocado oil
• Butter
• Tallow

Aim to eat 5 small balanced meals per day, if you get hungry, you can add a 6th.

Do not avoid eating fat. I would advise not to try eating low carb and low fat at the same time, this recipe for disaster. It will make you feel miserable.

The very best cooking fat to us is coconut oil, it is rich in healthy fats that can help boost your metabolism. There is no reason to avoid natural fats at all, many new studies have shown that these fats do not increase your heart disease risk at all.

Bottom Line: Have a source of protein, low carb vegetable and healthy fat with each meal. His will put you in to the 2-50 gram carb range and lower your insulin levels and allow you to burn more fat easily.

Step 3, start lifting weights 3 times a week
You do not need to exercise to lose weight, but it is recommended for the many benefits of exercise. For best results go to the gym ¾ times a week, do a warm, do some strength work and also include a little cardio.

By lifting weights you will build muscle, which will help allow you to burn more calories naturally. The more muscle mass that you have the more calories that you burn. Lifting weight s will also help prevent your metabolism from slowing down.
If lifting weights in not an option for you, or if you do not want to do that, then you can look at some cardio workouts like running, swimming, skipping and these will help you burn calories and reduce your body weight
