Back when I was an undergraduate, I took a course which required me to write my 'autobiography cover' reflecting an important turning point in my life. Round chappatis acted as an analogy for the balanced life which I strove towards whereby fulfilling the various intricate roles I had and simultaneously climbing the ladder of success in the culinary department. I would like to share my new venture

'Nibbles Bakery' which might be close to those analogous chappatis I talked about. But it's definitely a turning point, a try to validate the book cover I had in mind around 4 years ago. Do give it a try friends :)

Carrot Cake ~

People ask I don't post enough now, the truth is I don't make fondant cakes/cupcakes anymore. The menu includes carrot cake, banana bread, brownies, desserts and some savory treats. They all look similar unless customized specifically. I put them up in stories and sometimes forget to take pics (always questioning myself later :p).
