Y'all...I have the sweetest, most precious lil gal who is homeless with her dying dog and I'm desperately trying to keep her in a cheap hotel until I can get her in somewhere (she is on several waiting lists). Her name is Carol, and her elderly dog is Zoey, and I'm asking for donations to keep a roof over her head temporarily. Everyone deserves a safe place to lay their head at night. Alright everybody listen up tomorrow is my last cooking day until June 16th 😲🫣😬 I'm taking the kids and grands to the beach! Pray for me lol. We're serving a yummy cheesy buttery ham potato bake with green beans, Ravioli Lasagna with garlic bread, my version of the "Famous Bowl" (mashed potatoes with fried chicken bites and special gravy, topped with cheese and sweet corn), and the keto is the ever popular Supreme Pizza Bowl!! $10 each! Alright y'all bear with me it's been a rough week. I've lost TWO super important recipients in my ministry and I'm just so heartbroken. I am honoring Phyllis Speck Maddix and Beverly Jordan this week by serving their favorites to the absolute best of my ability. 🥺 So tomorrow I'm serving meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans, shrimp scampi pasta with cheddar bay swim biscuits, chicken pot pie, and the keto is a delicious creamy beef frank and broccoli bake!! I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend! $5 Easter basket request!! Last minute epiphany! I have 5 kids who I serve each week who I'd really like to make some small Easter baskets for. They don't have anyone who can afford to play Easter bunny and it's heartbreaking. I worked extra and sold a raffle and got enough donations to feed them all, but I'd really like to get them some Easter treats! Can anyone help throw in $5 or $10 to help me play Easter bunny?
