I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend! I'm sure there are a lot of leftovers so I'm running a limited menu tomorrow of Chili Mac, Yukon Gold potatoes roasted with onions and ground beef and beef gravy with green beans, and the keto is a cheesy ranch bacon chicken with creamy ranch roasted veggies! $5 Easter basket request!! Last minute epiphany! I have 5 kids who I serve each week who I'd really like to make some small Easter baskets for. They don't have anyone who can afford to play Easter bunny and it's heartbreaking. I worked extra and sold a raffle and got enough donations to feed them all, but I'd really like to get them some Easter treats! Can anyone help throw in $5 or $10 to help me play Easter bunny? Or donate some items? 🐰 It would mean the world to these babes. 🥹💚💜💛

We're goin around the world tomorrow with some Italian Bolognese Pappardelle pasta with garlic bread! Then on to Mexico with some chicken enchiladas with rice and elote corn! Then a quick stop in America with some ham and turkey sliders with hashbrown casserole! And finishing up in China with some keto egg roll in a bowl!! $10 each and thank you to everyone who has donated for Easter meals! I'm down to only 3 families left on the waiting list! ☘️☘️ Tomorrow we're celebrating my fake Irish heritage with some authentic delicious selections! ☘️☘️ We're doing the ever popular Corned Beef and Cabbage with potatoes and carrots!! Plus Shepherds Pie (made with beef not 🐑), and some pork BBQ for the non Irish fans, with mac and cheese and buttery corn! And the keto is a delicious butter dusted fried cabbage with smoked sausage! $10 each and I still have raffle tickets left for the Easter drive and about 6 families on the waiting list! 🥹 Happy St. Patrick's Day!! 🤍✝️💚

Special THANK YOU to everyone who donated to the widower's family. He is currently in the hospital and very sick at the moment so I promised we be there for him and his kids! I'm also helping the single Momma with the cute lil boos that Walt posted about last week! Every donation is so appreciated!! Tomorrow we're having breakfast for dinner!!
