Exclusivity

A chef’s table is exclusive; we do not accommodate more than 14 customers ensuring you have the undivided attention of the chef throughout the evening. Many are booked weeks in advance. Reservations give the chef time to plan the perfect menu and accommodate any special requests. Adventure

A chef’s table is a culinary adventure. It’s not just a sampling of the restaurant’s regular

menu. Typically a prix fixe menu of four to six courses, a chef’s table allows the chef and staff to flex their creative muscle and offer a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Being open about the menu is by far the most efficient way for the discovery of new sensations. Attention

At a chef’s table, you have the complete attention of the chef. At some restaurants, the chef may make an appearance every now and then, but wait staff primarily serves you. At the ultimate chef’s table, the chef is at your service, presenting each dish while fully describing the ingredients, preparation and presentation, and often suggesting a beverage pairing.
