We have been making manual coffee grinders since 2000 AD. As a collectors of old coffee grinders, we noticed the diversity and ingenuity of their designs. This has become our chief inspiration. By respecting tradition and appreciating the finesse of predecessors, we have tried to create an everyday item, but also to infuse soul and impart an individual flavour into it. ers are made of alder, beech, birch or oak wood, they are hand polished and coated with wax or varnish. The burr used in the grinder’s mechanism is cast by means of lost-wax casting technique, and then hand-sharpened, which allows for smooth adjustment of grinding fineness. The components used in the production of grinders are certified for food safety. Our grinders can be used for milling corn, herbs and spices.
