Kindly do not get confused regarding VAT tax amount which is added additionally per trip. If you finish one delivery that cost is 10 zł. So, You will see 10+2.3 = 12.3 zl trip amount. In this case your earnings is 10 zł. And 2.3 has been added additionally on that trip amount. Which is property of Government and to be paid to government. So, Don't calculate VAT tax amount in your earnings. My company is VAT Payer.

And When Someone is working non VAT partner company, Uber application shows only 10 zł delivery amount. In that case VAT tax amount will not be added additionally. So, for same delivery, you will see higher amount in my company and less amount in Non VAT payer company.

Like,
- 12.3 zl in my company and 10 zł with NON VAT payer company.

- Therefore, All drivers will receive same earnings amount in my company and non VAT Payer company. There is no difference in your earnings.

- These VAT amount are added additionally. There is no deduction from your earnings. And this amount is not your tax. It applies to each product and service as per goverment T&C.

- Uber has sent already two emails regarding this. Kindly read carefully.
