Niektórzy z Was prosili o podzielenie się naszymi przepisami ... książka kucharska Hugo Ortega była dla mnie, jak do tej pory, największą inspiracją.
Jednak dobry przepis to nie wszystko, jest jeszcze jedna rzecz, o której musicie pamiętać...miłość. Brzmi może naiwnie, ale dla mnie w gotowaniu to najważniejszy składnik. To wlaśnie ta milość którą obdarowujecie się ze swoimi bliskim na codzień, ta która zapewnia harmonie w Waszym życiu, ta ktora przejawia rownież sie po przez szacunek dla drugiego czlowieka, tego ktorego chcesz nakarmić. Dbajcie o siebie i swoich najbliższych. Zostancie w domu (jeżeli macie taką możliwość) i gotujcie lub zamawiajcie z Waszych ulubinych miejsc z dostawą. Trzymajcie się, Jacek

Some of you have asked you to share our recipes ... Hugo Ortega's cookbook has been my biggest inspiration so far.
However, a good recipe is not everything, there is one more thing you must remember ... love. It sounds naive, but for me, it's the most important ingredient in cooking. It is this love that you give to your loved ones daily, the one that provides harmony in your life, the one that also manifests through respect for the other person whom you want to feed. Take care of yourself and your loved ones. Stay at home (if possible) and cook or order from your favorite places with delivery. Best, Jacek
