Italy’s LIM Chocolate is Ravens!

The story behind the brand is as impressive as the taste. After a decade in the pharmaceutical and food industries, Federico Dutto was inspired to take action after reading about child exploitation in the cacao industry.

He spent years researching ethical sourcing and the bean-to-bar movement, eventually launching LIM in 2020 with his wife, Francesca.

Today, he runs a micro-factory in Piedmont focused on “Low Impact Manufacture”-letting the true, natural personality of the bean shine.
