Sakadane sourdough. %100 naturally leavened with our rice and sometimes wheat berry Koji starter (Fermented rice or wheat berry liquid).Made with whole wheat and unbleached, non bromate white flour. A very special Japanese method of fermentation which we’ve incorporated at Mugi Pan. Our milk bread dough, Shoku pan, and sourdoughs are all made using this unique starter.
