our master mixologist has taken the classics to a whole different level!

Her amazing blend of liquors and flavors is sure to satisfy your tastebuds. We use the best ingredients possible, fresh lime and oranges are squeezed daily, all of our mixing sauces are made by hand, fresh fruit is cut every service, beers are always served cold. We believe in making an average drink an amazing experience. WHERE DID ALL THOSE SHOTS COME FROM? it all started with our master mixolog

ist "revamping" a traditional Puertorican shot called "chichaito". The original version of the shot is made from white puertorican rum and anis liquor. While crafting some of our specialty drinks, the idea came to mix our hand made guava and coconut sauces with this puertorican classic and our first two flavors were born! as timed passed, our mixologist continued to create hand crafted sauces and mixers which brings us to more than 50 FLAVORS to date. Our kitchen believes in using the freshest, high quality ingredients possible to create beautiful food. we make everything per-order, we do not pre-cook or re-heat anything. (we don't even have a microwave) we make all our own sauces, yes I mean all of them, dressings, dipping sauces, pasta sauces, sauces for our ribs, sauces for our wraps,...we'll you get the point. Our grillman is amazing at seasonings and temperatures!He just loves his meat! Our Pastas are always al-dente and our hand-crafted Burgers are one of a kind. We've put our spin on the classic appetizer and came up with our amazing "Bites" menu. We make food that makes you happy.
