En un momento fui vegana, comía espinaca, comía solo vegetales, y eso me dañó los riñones, desarrolle alergias y descubrí que el veganismo es solo una manera de introducirte eventualmente a “plant base”. Es todo un camino a sacarte más dinero. Que conste aveces soy vegana pero solo de manera esporádica y muy cuidadosa.
