The Bramble is a modern classic that proves great cocktails don’t need centuries of history to earn legendary status. Created in 1984 by renowned British bartender Dick Bradsell at Fred’s Club in London’s Soho district, the Bramble was inspired by the fresh blackberries that grow wild across the British countryside.

Made with London dry gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur), the cocktail is served over crushed ice, allowing the blackberry liqueur to slowly cascade through the drink, creating its signature deep purple hue.
