Philippine Coffee 🇵🇭☕️
Freshly roasted in Las Vegas:

I have 6 small 100g bags of this smooth coffee from the Motherland! Perfect as a stocking stuffer... It's a:

Washed Orange Bourbon (Arabica) from Atok, Benguet in the Cordillera Mountain Range on Luzon. Grown at 1100-1300 meters above sea level from Kalsada Coffee.

Roasted Medium to increase the sweetness level but still has notes of Citrus and Caramel. As it cools some hints of Melon and Milk Chocolate come out.

Good for all brewing methods, but more importantly... It's nice to consume and appreciate something that was produced in the country where I was born! 🔥🇵🇭🙌🏼

My go-to morning drinks at a cafe is a cortado and a black coffee (pour over, cold brew or batch). These cortados at Gustos Coffee were super tasty!

Remember that their sacrifice was offered to protect all the rights and freedoms we enjoy now, as well as all the fighting and arguing between each other for what we believe is necessary towards the betterment of our Country!

In just over 1 week, Blue Hen ᴄʜɪᴄᴋᴇɴ ᴄᴏ.] will be celebrating 9 months in business!! 🥳 THANK YOU to everyone for welcoming us with open arms. Your support has meant the world to us and we love welcoming you into our “home” with a fresh meal 🥘 and warm service. As we make it a point it work with other local small businesses, we really wouldn’t be here without the wonderful people we’ve met along the way that we can now call our family 💕. For our coffee, cold brew, and espresso beans ☕️ we partnered with a small Veteran-owned roastery for a unique Blue Hen blend.
