Receber o Chef Jan Klein ao lado do Chef Roeland Klein foi revisitar um percurso feito lado a lado. Pai e filho voltaram a cozinhar juntos, recordando os anos em que Roeland acompanhava Jan no Restaurante Hermitage, nos Países Baixos, onde cresceram juntos dentro da profissão, partilhando conhecimento, exigência e paixão pela gastronomia.
Nesta edição especial, cada prato contou uma história. Mais do que técnica e criatividade, assistimos à cumplicidade de dois Chefs unidos não apenas pela cozinha, mas por uma vida inteira de experiências partilhadas.

With a full house and a unique atmosphere, it became a true celebration of gastronomy, shared experiences, and stories built over time.
Welcoming Chef Jan Klein with Chef Roeland Klein also meant revisiting a journey built side by side. Father and son returned to the kitchen together, reminiscing about the years when Roeland worked alongside Jan at Restaurant Hermitage in the Netherlands, where they grew together within the profession, sharing knowledge, discipline, and a passion for gastronomy.
In this special edition, every dish told a story. Beyond technique and creativity, guests had the opportunity to witness the connection between two chefs united not only by cooking, but by a lifetime of shared experiences.
