Ele esteve 3 anos na Califórnia (USA), 3 anos em Melbourne (Austrália) onde frequentou um curso no Le Cordon Bleu, 3 anos em Jakarta (Indonésia) onde fundou uma empresa de distribuição de arroz de qualidade. Agora está de volta as origens, sorte a nossa, para nos deliciar com as suas obras primas da cozinha mundial.
