Costa Rica is back on our shelves — straight from Tarrazú’s volcanic highlands! From Los Posos farm, this Natural lot is produced through Los Robles Micromill, a family-run project founded in 2000 to give farmers greater control over processing and quality. 🌋

At the mill, operations emphasize responsible water and energy use, reusing coffee by-products as natural fertilizers while protecting springs, forests, and shade trees across the hillsides. 🌳

After drying, the coffee rests for one month in sealed storage to stabilize moisture and harmonize the profile, bringing clarity and structure to this lot that reflects Costa Rica’s mountain terroir. ☀️
