Baka HR nio toh? CLUE: Coffee Shop
Ganito na ba tlaga ang mga kabayang HR ngayon dto? Walang ka-corporate-corporate vibes.
A close friend of mine told me na may opening sa kanila for a Store Manager position. The offer is good, kaya naisip ko, why not try applying kahit may existing business ako? Kaya naman siguro i-manage. Kasi sabi nga nila, don’t resign from your job & let your job fund your business until your business becomes stable.
Pero honestly, may mga tao tlagang nagtatrabaho sa corporate world pero hindi man lang marunong ng basic professionalism at communication etiquette. 😅
If u'r busy, not available, or simply not in the mood to entertain applicants, that’s perfectly fine. You can always respond later. Pero w/o even the basic courtesy of responding? That’s not being busy. That’s just poor communication and unprofessional behavior Mæm.
And please, don’t confuse being an HR professional with simply having an HR position. The title may be corporate, but the attitude & professionalism should come with it...

Imagine if applicants treated HR the same way during the hiring process. Biglang seen, no response, or ghosted after being asked to submit requirements. Siguro iba ang magiging reaction, db?
