🇷🇴 Kanelbullarul cu cardamom și scorțișoară ocupă un loc special în inimile noastre. ❤️

Fondatorul Magam a învățat să prepare acest produs la brutăria Artizán din Budapesta, unde varianta umplută cu cremă de vanilie și fructe de pădure este una dintre cele mai emblematice. Astăzi suntem primii care pregătim aceeași rețetă la Cluj, în fiecare zi, cu suflet.

🇭🇺 A kardamomos-fahéjas kanelbullar különleges helyet foglal el a szívünkben. ❤️

A Magam alapítója ezt a péksüteményt az Artizán Pékségben tanulta készíteni Budapesten, ahol a vaníliakrémmel töltött, erdei gyümölcsökkel díszített kanelbullar az egyik ikonikus termék volt. Ma ugyanezt a receptet készítjük el elsőként Kolozsváron is – minden egyes nap, szívvel-lélekkel.

🇬🇧 Our cardamom and cinnamon kanelbullar holds a special place in our hearts. ❤️

Magam's founder learned to make it at Artizán Bakery in Budapest, where this vanilla-filled, forest berry-topped pastry is one of their signature creations. Today, we're the first ones to bake the same recipe in Cluj, made with heart, every single day.

A mi Orsiink 💛💚🙏

A Magam Pékműhelyben, amelyet 2024 őszén indított Bíró Sára, természetes és minőségi alapanyagokból készült kenyereket és egyéb pékárukat kínálnak. Most az élmény megsokszorozódni látszik, hiszen új helyszínen nyitották meg a kapukat, hangulatos térben, amelyhez tágas udvar is társul. Ez pedig a Bástya/Daicoviciu utca 9. szám alatt van, az Erdélyi Történeti Múzeummal átellenben.

Jelenleg tizenketten dolgoznak ott, köztük Mátó-Székely Orsolya és Sánta Orsolya is, akik kedvesen, mosolygósan fogadják a betérőket. Hogy melyikük kedveli jobban a cruffint, és kinek a kedvence a sajtos tangli? Nos, ez is kiderül a Ferencz Zsolttal folytatott beszélgetésükből.
