Pentru ca, daca nu stiai, cafeaua contine si toxine, acestea urca la creier si simti acele stari nedorite. Toxinele sunt extrase atunci cand apa in espressor este reglata peste 92' celsius sau cantitatea de apa in timpul extractiei este mai lunga de 30ml (cantitatea ideala a unui italian espresso)
Este recomandat sa bei cafeaua in locuri de cunoscatori!
