Our restaurant is now officially open and dining at The Szekler is designed to be more than just a meal.
We welcome guests by reservation only, with a seasonal menu inspired by local ingredients, tradition and refined reinterpretations. What you see in this carousel is part of the menu presented during our Grand Opening weekend, a preview of the experience we’re building.
From smoked trout tartare and mountain trout with velouté, to reinvented local classics and desserts made to end the evening slowly. Each menu is created around the season and meant to be discovered.
