Dear customers,

We are sorry but we don't apologize about what happened to some people. We are convinced that our products are fresh and have good quality.
We can ensure that our supplier is recognized as one of the best in Europe. It owns all labels required about health, sustainability. Its products are used in gastronomic restaurant in Paris. This case is just an unlucky coincidence.
We are already recognized as a reference about European cuisine in Russia.
As everybody know, a huge virus was hurting Moscow at this time.
Another point, maybe that our last communication shocked some of our interlocutor. However, our restaurant is becoming a pretty recognized brand thanks to its cuisine and the experience that we provide to our customers creating special atmosphere by music, humor and building a privileged relation with our guests. We assume our difference which is one of our strength. We are young, bringing a fresh French touch in Moscow. We cannot be liked by everybody. Russian targeted class and expatriated people like warm atmosphere as our. We are aware that our communication 3.0 is not adapted to some people which does not share the same vision and we invite them to try French cafeteria in Moscow.
