y, RFCC with its new brand Brambati coffee Roasting machine can produce 3,000kg of roasted coffee per day or more when additional shifts are added leading to 10% capacity of green coffee National production. Ability to produce high volumes of consistent quality makes RFCC an ideal supplier to hotel chains, airlines, large retail stores for local, regional and International Market. RFCC roasting facility was commissioned since October 2014 and continue to pe*****te local, regional and international Market where at present supplies roasted coffee to hotels –MC Donald and Social Bite of UK, retailers and coffee shops in ground or bean form and in the UK, through a unique partnership, provide coffee capsules to the consumer market.

2. “Gorillas Coffee” Brand and Social development program
Gorilla's Coffee brand is owned by the Rwandan Farmers Coffee Company, where “Gorilla's Coffee” is altogether different, a sublime delicious coffee Produced from the rich volcanic soils (Home of Gorilla’s) of Thousand Hills, Rwanda. RFCC sources green beans from coffee growers/Cooperatives around Rwanda, Making “Gorilla's Coffee” a complex cup with notes of “Dark chocolate, spice and a hint of luscious fruit...”
A Premium High end Market, word Class specialty coffee delivered at a competitive market price, fully traceable, with full produced cooperative profile where Farmers share in the value of the Sell or retail value “BEYOND FAIR TRADE” model.
“Beyond Fair Trade” because quite simply a certain profit value goes back to coffee farmers and the other goes back to the development of the coffee sector in Rwanda, where CHDI commits all its profits to return to farmers whilst NAEB and BRD reinvest into Rwanda coffee sector development and thereby, RFCC pay a premium market price to coffee farmers where by now Two cooperatives supplying “Gorilla’s coffee Green coffee “ have been financed with around Twelve million Rwandan francs (12,000,000 Rwf) for two projects: (1) Wastewater treatment from cooperative coffee washing station in Sholi coffee cooperative of Muhanga District and (2) supply of clean water to cooperative members in Musasa, Gakenke District.
3. The art of Roast is our passion
Our team combines business expertise with deep coffee knowledge where our modern roasting and packaging facility can produce 3,000kg of roasted coffee per day or more when additional shifts are added as required by our customers. This Roasting art of state factory is fully automated process with brand new machines Brambati coupled with other automatic packaging machine that has a capacity of 9kg/min dispersing well sealed retail bags at the peak of their freshness, sourced from Italy to feature the Italian coffee roasting fame at the origin.
4. Quality assurance and Green Coffee selection
To meet our client taste palates specification and reliability in quality supply, our selection of green coffee is constantly rotating and carefully organized in acquiring the very best coffee beans possible for roasting and showcases the finest world class and “Beyond Fair Trade” coffees. For the factory to have a relevant impact on many coffee farmers we decided to be sourcing our green coffee from coffee farmers cooperatives only who have once or twice won in Rwanda Cup of Excellence, and Use Q-Graders, qualified and licensed coffee cuppers to assure the cup quality of the green coffee with NAEB coffee cupping laboratory where only Green coffees scoring 84% in cupping is selected for roasting.
