People ask why we put a rose in our lattes: we love the Citronellol that roses emit, it just bounces off go those little Volatile Sulfur Compounds (sorry to go into detail) that come from the roasted beans we use. It’s subtle but we can’t resist

Such a pleasure to meet up with today and share stories, talk about the things that matter and connect over creative life and coffee. Cafe work is a physical and mental challenge- long hours, multi tasking, always thinking of the next move while keeping hospitality at the best level you can - but the people who come through every day inspire us with their journeys. It’s makes the day go easier for sure. You don’t learn that part in barista school !
