Kiyoshi . 清
Kiyoshi, mean pure, clear and clean in Japanese language. it exactly what we wanted to present in our restaurant, Kiyoshi.
A pure natural soup base, we call it Dashi, the spirit of our food that made by aged bonito & selected kelp imported from Japan, where the umami taste come from. One of our signature dish, Inaniwa udon, thin and pure white noodle made by special flour from Japan, chewy texture. it will be a clear, simple and flavourful dashi Inaniwa udon.
We are an Izakaya restaurant, we do lovely Inaniwa udon, donburi set. in the corner of restaurant, we set up a Sushi bar to serve sushi/sashimi, a sushi chef will present his confidence skill in front of the guest. Dinner time, we want to be a chill and relax place to provide our guest to have a bottle of sake goes with charcoal burn yakitori.
find us at Amoy street, relax corner in the busy city during morning and afternoon, happening Japanese Izakaya in a quiet street during dinner time.
