We’re making a splash this June with a brand-new, ocean-themed menu! If you’re looking for the perfect spot to treat the family before exploring the deep sea at Science Centre's latest exhibition, our cozy space is ready for you 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️

Here’s what’s on the menu:

🍕 Hot Smoked Salmon Pizza:- Topped with rich smoked salmon, wilted roquette, red onion, capers, and a kick of horseradish aioli.

🐟 Pan Seared Norwegian Salmon:- Perfectly seared and served with a smooth pomme purée, crisp Chinese kale, and a savory capers cream sauce.

🍹 Ocean Gummy Fizz:- A fun, refreshing treat for the kids (and kids at heart!). Refreshing soda mixed with lime juice, sweet bubble gum syrup, vibrant butterfly pea, and topped with playful shark gummies.
