Some dads want socks. Others want steak.
This Father’s Day, we're firing up a USDA Prime Short Rib ($160++) over charcoal for a deep, smoky crust and rich, beefy flavour. Served with beef tallow roasted potatoes, finished with vinegar salt, alongside arugula and lemon to keep things balanced.
Available from 15–21 June for dine-in and delivery.
