In 2015, Matchaya began a life-changing journey around Japan with the intention of sourcing for the best premium ingredients from different prefectures for our teas. Wanting our customers to enjoy authentic Japanese milk tea, every flavour was carefully and painstakingly formulated with different suppliers within Japan. We are health-conscious. Our raw ingredients are organic-certified, no preserv

A blast from the past, back by popular demand 🍛

To the OG Matchaya regulars, we heard you loud and clear. Our curry rice bowls from the Cathay days are back; the kind that earns a permanent spot in your rotation.

Classics return:
• Chicken Katsu Curry
• Ebi Tempura Curry

And something new to the table - Gyudon. Tender, slow-stewed beef slices and sweet onions, topped with sous vide egg over our signature collagen rice.

Can you believe this rice burger passed after just one round of taste testing? It was simply that good, no second guessing needed.

Crispy chicken katsu loaded with our house-made yuzu kosho matcha mayonnaise to cut through the richness, paired with a thick slab of tamago and fresh vegetables for balance and texture.

And beyond drinks, we wanted the food experience to evolve alongside it. Our new food direction focuses on comforting Japanese-inspired flavours designed to complement our tea program. Introducing Rice Burgers as a fun, satisfying addition that brings together convenience, flavour, and the Matchaya experience in one bite 🤏🏻

We’re wrapping generous, savory fillings in specially selected crisp nori and our signature collagen rice.
