Our Roadt Classroom Sessions for July concluded today with some of the most spirited and enthusiastic coffee folks (pun unintended).
The class proved to be a great overview session comprising a mix of theory with fundamentals, actual roast demonstration with coffee with merv test roasts tryout as well as input from reputed green bean supplier 2nd Mile Specialty Coffee In addition, we also looked at coffee quality gatekeepers DiFluid that helped us ascertain the state of the greens before roasting.
Of course it wouldn’t be a roast class if everyone left without a sample of today’s roast for take home and brew. Want to be part of our next month’s session?
