This , we’re raising a glass to the drink that boldly looked at a martini and said, “i’m not you, i’m better.” 🍸

Introducing 𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝘼 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙞— revived from EP.3 by popular demand and still charming people into submission one sip at a time. Built with Ukiyo Blossom Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Dry Vermouth, and Lavender Bitters, it’s floral, delicate, unbelievably smooth… and despite the name, it’ll probably hit you exactly like a martini would. Maybe harder.

After cooking, it’s crucial to let our lamb racks rest for about the same time as it took to cook. Why? Because resting allows the muscle fibers to relax and reabsorb juices forced to the center by heat, resulting in a significantly juicier, more tender, and flavorful product.
