Did you know that each of our Wagyu Supreme+ set comes with 5 cuts of Wagyu? If you aren’t sure what they are, then check this out⬇️.

🐮Tokusen Karubi - AKA Rib Meat. This Karubi has more marbling than most roast cuts making it perfect for ultra-tender meat.

🐮Kainomi - AKA Flat Meat.  A small portion is found between the juicy rib cuts and delicate fillet. Hence, Kainomi is a sought-after prime cut of the cow.

🐮Nami Karubi - AKA Boneless Short Ribs. This cut of meat is taken from the half of its outer ribs closer to the upper foreleg. This cut is rich in flavour and is characterised by its slight sweetness.

🐮Sasa Bara - AKA Flank. This cut is located right above the handle joints, giving it a milder flavour compared to other rib cuts.

🐮Nakaochi Karubi - AKA Rib Finger. Taken from in-between each individual rib, this cut boasts rich umami thanks to its meat and fat.

“I am deeply saddened – for myself, my husband and our dedicated staff – that because of an unfortunate gap in our insurance coverage, we are now being targeted by what I believe to be a fraudulent scheme," wrote the salad shop boss on FB, along with a farewell message, a day before her death.
