ASAP in Bahasa means smoke, which describes our cooking method by smoking.

​Heavily inspired by the method during the primitive era, we discovered slow smoking technique and improved it using imported wood logs. We then give a finishing touch searing it off with open fire. We believe that fire is the most natural way to elevate the flavour of our food to another level. Being serious about our ste

ak, we carefully curate our cattle by the breed, origin, environment, diet, age and marbling of every beef to ensure that only premium quality steak are served. Heavily influenced by our multi racial population and religion belief, we have decided to use halal produce ingredients and non alcoholic beverages to be inclusive for the Muslim community. As we like to say, we don’t only do steaks, we give experience.

Our Oysters are back.

Start the meal with freshly shucked Hyogo oysters from Japan, finished with dill, citrus and Kaluga caviar.

Our recommendation? Pair them with a glass of Cuvée N003.
Elegant and floral, with notes of elderflower, linden and rosemary, this non-alcoholic sparkling cuvée brings fine bubbles and a mineral finish that complement the oyster’s natural brininess while refreshing the palate with every bite.

Each cut is aged under carefully controlled conditions, allowing time to bring out greater depth of flavour and remarkable tenderness.

Weekdays just got better at ASAP & Co! We've introduced two new dishes to our Executive Lunch menu.

Start with our Smoked Salad. Kombu chicken meets crisp greens and sweet cherry tomatoes. Finished in a house-made Burnt Scallion Emulsion.

For your main course, select from Gnocchi, Lamb Cutlets, Southern Ranges SR4 Angus Ribeye, or Jack's Creek F4 Wagyu Striploin.

Then end on a sweeter note with our Bread Pudding. Made from sourdough and served warm with vanilla anglaise.

We kept hearing the same question: Where's the S'mores?

A few new creations have come along, but some favourites are simply hard to replace. So it's back!

Layered with house-made almond praline, 65% Kalingo crèmeux, and torched coffee marshmallow atop an Oreo choux, our take on the classic lets each element shine through with every bite.
